The only logical reason that drilling should be delayed past August is if existing Management is not removed at the July 15 TGC shareholders meeting.

HENC will not back down from their demands for both the 4.833$ owed them by TGC, and they for sure won't let existing Management be Administrative Operator. However, they would likely have no problem giving up Operator to the new prospective management.
