Yes someone funds with 10% interest with the principal and interest payable in common stock at the conversion rate of .03. I would love this deal myself, because as long as the stock stays above .03 they will make money. On the flip side if they stop funding they would lose everything that is not converted to common and sold, so what would you choose to do!
