Spend another $3 million for a testing facility for a processor that, according to Bordynuik, is ready for commercial production and has been for, what, years? So, Bordynuik is sticking around as a consultant to do what?

If they wanted to I guess they could. Problem is there is no market for these machines. Again, if they wanted to, why would they need PTOI? Heck, they could even hire Bordy for consulting if they wanted.

I predicted a new top secret second facility theory was going to be created to explain how the company could be moving forward with Niagara dead. I was right. I think this is where I say something like side bet won again!!! WOOT!!! WOOT!!!!

PTOI makes it necessary to make up stories out of thin air to explain away the very real facts on the ground and in the filings.

The only thing that makes sense is it is appearing to be the time to start super fantastic grandiose speculations to cover the fact that the.....

testing facility they have in place....the plant in Niagara......and the one Heddle said they would use.....and then issued more time to use.........has sat idle and unused throughout the time period Heddle indicated..........

and now that is nearing its termination again it is time to start cover stories of why it still sits idle with the clock running out on Heddles timeline.

But hey, why would any company just use what the CEO has stated, and signed agreements to use.......that is way to simple.

there was *zero* follow up after
RH's *reiteration* of the PR out
on 2.23.15 *reiterating* what all
P2O investors already *knew*
from its *release* date of last October ..

either way .. imo 2nd buyer impacted RH's *path* specific to Eco
and i can date that to EO Feb 2015 .. so if site is underway ..
it most likely *got underway* >> by early to mid March 2015

curious to see what comes to pass by EO 2nd Q (6.30.15) .. if anything
(i've been expecting an LOI or DA specific to 2nd buyer at anytime)

and how July is handled >> last update out of RH was on 5.5.15
imo if nothing filed by RH by EO 2nd Q >> another update in July
will be warranted

the given are the 2 *known* dates in August >> first is 8.1.15 (4 business days re: 8k filed)
and clearly 2nd Q's filing date of approx 8.15.15

The place is probably already done and that entity is processing plastic into what ever they need it for. Two facilities down, thousands to go. Just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
