Thinking a bit further.

A brand spanking new single processor test facility(not a production facility) could probably be constructed and equiped by OBG for a ballpark cost of around $3 million give or take $500k.

The equipment is not complicated. Kilns, towers need to be fabricated and piped together. Off the shelf tanks, pumps, burners, in-feed system, process controllers, etc.

That strategy is making more and more sense to me.
