They must give the NCE, (court order to vacate) then they have 60 days to appeal, then they must win the appeal before they can strip the NCE from Amarin.

And IMO FDA will take the full 60 days, 7-27-2015 and like they did in the Depomed case they did file..then retract appeal 4 days later.

Generic law suits are all on hold...they're clearly in the mindset FDA has lost.
