The truth of the matter is that LOW INTENSITY PEMF is safer and more efficacious than HIGH INTENSITY PEMF!!!

If you read the FDA panel discussion you'll see that they asked the same question. There was literally no clinical evidence to support that clearance. It slipped through the cracks based on a substantially equivalent 510k application. That is why the current batch of clinical trial data is so important. There won't be any substantially equivalent rulings this time, they have to provide sufficient clinical trial data for each specific product and each specific indication. They seem to have very promising data for osteoarthritis, but they need to continue to publish valid clinical trials that show statistically significant results.
