like I've said from the beginning....none of this matters, the FDA does not care....the FDA will NOT lose.

They haven't lost a damn thing yet....nothing has changed re: AMRN. They are in the same situation they were a month ago...No anchor, no free speech, and a god awful balance sheet.

If you mean that the Regulatory letter (June 5) was ordered by the court: you are wrong.

On June 2, 2015, the Court received a letter from the Government, seeking an extension of the preliminary injunction briefing schedule and the Government informed the Court: FDA is planning to issue the regulatory letter by June 5, 2015.

The Court ordered the ECF: "The Court further directs the Government to file on ECF the FDA's regulatory letter by June 8, 2015." and a one week extension (instead of 30 days): "The Government's opposition to plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction is now due June 18, 2015."

Well all things being relative - seeing some of the stupid decisions made by their medical experts..... I don't have too much hope for their legal experts.
