They are probably praying for a big secondary offering that will give them some oxygen. Say 10M shares at $10 for $100M. At these levels, NWBO would be crazy not to do it and solve the financing issues for a long time. A lot of biotech companies have done this (including Agenus and CLBS) and are only stronger for it. There seems to be a lot of demand out there for biotech IPOs. Unless a first rate cooperation deal with big pharma is in the works, as suggested by LS in his last piece, in which case the stock will take off and LP can raise the dough at a much higher level.
