They need the uplisting. A company like this just needs to rebuild its credibility, and the 8k was the first step.

What now? Nothing. This is no longer the spec. play that it was a few weeks ago. These guys are in the middle of a merger/restructuring. They appear to be doing the right things right. WTF more do you want? You need to ask yourself whether or not this is an investment or a trading stock. If your long then do your DD and from that perspective and act accordingly. If your looking to trade short term, work your strategy like you would any other stock.
W.r.t. PR timing, I would rather wait a month for 'real' news than have a crap PR that is fodder for bashers et. al. Patience my friend. If your truly long, check back in 6 months.

Nice and thanks for the apology and the tough love comment.
Now you can start calling it NWOG since NDOL is no longer.
The financials were good. Don't look at the stock price for a few days if that is the emotional thermometer that you use to feel good or bad about this stock. They just released Audited financials. For a Pink, any pink that is huge. They as a pink do not have to file at all to stay pink.
So think ahead with me for a few moments. Look forward not back to what they didn't do but to what they are now doing.

1. Production is running as of June 1st so it has been running every day unless they take off for weekends or holidays. Production will be running today and tommorrow. You get my drift.

2.NWOG is the company name and they have plans which are on the web site and they are a viable growing profit making company as we speak.

3. A new name soon.

4. A new exchange.

5. More PR's (a given they may not be perfect)

6. More Filings.

7. Profit every day

Now I'm smiling and I am sure someone could keep adding to the list.

8. JV with Oil India

9. Connections with other companies not yet disclosed or we don't have all the poop yet. I am digging to see what else as are many others here on this board.

10. Many great assets called brains on this board of people that volunteer their time and effort to uncover jews of information about NWOG.
