The confirmation is there but what now. If NORD came out with this when the stock was close to 80 cents or higher this stock would have held strong and could have been hovering in the dollar range today. They waited for this stock to practically bleed to death before finally putting a bandage on it.

I do apologize to those that I called liars but the 8k didn't come out when they claimed it would.

What now? What can NORD do next to help this stock come out? I think they need to communicate better to the shareholders, maybe an open letter explaining the entire buyout news, the decision to merge and the JV with OI. Something to get the questions answered. I swear this stock is like the show LOST. They answer one question yet raise another 50. I still have not sold one share so I am long and strong. I talk smack about this company but it is just tough love. I get made when they screw up and happy when they don't. Right now I am neither happy or mad. It is up to NORD to sway me and a lot of investors into the right or wrong direction. They cannot sit on this for another 3 weeks without news. They need to start acting like a real company and show the shareholders that they care.
