It is to bad he does not understand that. When ever I talked to him about large disgruntled shareholders, his answer was "DON,T WORRY WE WILL JUST REPLACE THEM" They are not important, we want people in for the long haul. They funny thing is that some of them have been in for more than 5 years. Not long enough I guess.
