interesting...I thought that was a private deal, not one for the open markets? sorta like, there was an institutional investment to help protect share value....another learning lesson for me. anyways BMAK is selling in lots of places, If we stop buying from them, maybe they will be put out of business for good,
The filing pretty much converted 9,200,000 shares at .017...so if Kodiak is the one who had been selling, they must be taking an average price, and be pretty nearly done...Just my calculations from DD. They had until April 28th to do the conversions...Maybe Just want to add some shares to the float, get a larger share holders base, a little more liquid?,,,,with the AS at 200 Million..I think the seller may stop for a nice pop back into the pennies. time will tell
