Well it said they would get 15,000,000 when the closing bid price was .25 and the purchase price was .20 for a $3,000,000 Put.

Or

20,000,000 shares issued at .15
30,000,000 shares issued at .10
60,000,000 shares issued at .05

Obviously they are getting shares much cheaper than .05, so the question is how many can they dilute? At 60,000,000 issued that's 66.3% of O/S.
