Was their verification that they were always on time? How about write ups? Oh, also did they make any errors or miss any quality control issues?
I could go on and on but there are MANY reasons someone is no longer with a company. Doesn't matter if its Saleen or another company. So verifying with an ex employee means nothing at all.
