but why the low p/s price, will greentech absorb them because the price is so low. dont know the company that well, but it would seem the economics are that the price goes so low that it would barely take much to buy the entire company and investors get screwed.

There is more evidence that Saleen is shutting down than producing.
Layoffs. Nearly empty parking lot . Debt piling up. Steve incorporating another privately held business (SMI)
as a wholly owned entity of WM Greentech in Missouri.
CEO quit. Legal counsel quit the BOD's. Transfer of IP and assets to WM Greentech.
