Patent: CESV:

Here is your first post in 2005 (who knows before that on RB). This was January. I just reread every one of your CESV posts in 2005. You did waiver a couple times, but 90% of it was dire warnings to anyone who would listen. I would suggest that the board listen to your warnings in the future!

CESV - i wouldn't trust it ... i told you guys previously, i know somebody that was in the IPO of the parent company, which turned out to be a total scam. First they were Rimmer Computer (worthless POS bankrupt shell), then they were licensing a SARS mask product ... now it's China Energy Savings after the CEO sold millions of shares for 2 pennies. When they did the 1:20 reverse split there was around 20 million shares previously, which would have put the share count at about 1 million ... now all of a sudden there are 16 million shares out; wow, how did that happen?? Then there's some sort of 100 million dollar loan or warrants with a strike price around $11.00. Good luck with this one!

Patent, with your explanation, ETLT could be a potential fraud (making $4M year over year with $30M in cash and no debt yet selling at $20M, a PE of 5)…

Oh well I will hold on to ETLT and see what happen…
At least ETLT doesn’t issue/award execs with millions of free shares like CESV did..
