i told you so.

A long time ago i told people here that i knew that company from the essentially bankrupt Rimmer Computer whose executives sold their worthless millions of shares for 2 pennies (before the 1:20 split) .... these filings were public knowledge. If the "real" Chinese company was an actual company making money, why would they need to award those old exec's millions of dollars in new free shares?

It's another sad example of what happens when a fake Chinese company is found out as a fake. But in their case, it was pretty obvious the Street never believed them. How could it sell for a 10 p/e with all that growth they were reporting?

Red flags were everywhere. I hope nobody here bet the farm on that fraud.
