Why would they want to do anything "quietly" when it's a publicly traded company?? "Quiet" is "sneaky" and usually " Illegal"

I can confirm that as a fact, however, they wouldn't need to be quiet once thy actually completed something, now would they? It all comes down to Ken can't accomplish a thing without paying dearly and he's running out of money.
