Starting to think MDCN legal has advised the company to keep quiet during these acquisitions probably due to the sensitivity of the kind of business they are. When you think about it AZ. CO and CA business transactions are across state lines which then lends itself to federal regulations. Clearly they are setting up shop in different states so maybe it gets a bit complicated from a legal perspective considering state vs federal legal limitations. Just a thought.
