Could it be that the PEMCO/OIL PATCHERS don't want CDEX any more??

Since CDEX recently laid out 12 million shares to hire some new TOUTsters, maybe they think that sumpin good will come outa that?

They have pulled GEMINIs teeth by yanking non-voting shares outa the treasury and giving them to the new TOUTsters, who will likely vote THEIR way.

Or are the PEMCO/OIL PATCHERS got some plans for the CDEX company or shell that they have not yet stated??

Company has no money, no product, no nothing. Either just go outa bidness or go CHAP 7. Or let said OIL patcher foreclose and whatever it is that they plan to happen to happen.

You're exactly right Crow, the three employees did not want what they knew were worthless shares and they also new the G4 was nothing more than a prop later hyped by Bumfield's bogus PR's.

So the CEO, who had already hired him a BK lawyer with money furnished by the DOC (50 K) as a retainer went to the creditors and tole them the tale. The Creditors who had already seen that they were not gonna get anything unless CDEX got ahold of some money had nought to lose but MAYBE to gain went along.

I almost forgot that the perps had to admit who paid the retainer for the bumfield caused cdex bankruptcy to Ryles' attorney. That's right Jason Terrell's buy in was the 50K retainer. So yes the list of big losers does include him, so let's see that's bumfield, Motta, Robert Stewart and Terrell. It's tough typing this because of the laughing!

My point has been made loud and clear!!! If these two men were like the last three who forced Cdex into BK, they could do that.

But these two men are business men, and I would speculate that they are going to give Cdex and the background work, the time it needs, imo.

Thank you for making my point so easy to point out. Good people, good business sense, and doing the right thing for all, is what Mr. Mota and Mr. Brumfield are all about.
