#501 RE: Dobie Lama #500

I think some were looking at the shares they issued and then looking at yesterdays S3 and just adding the numbers up. Instead of actually reading and seeing the shares issued back in april are being covered by the S3. Again most people do not take the time to read anything anymore.

Hell for that matter per IR the shares that were being issued for the financing were actually issued to institutions so those are not even free trading any time soon.

Wrong

The Warrant is exercisable on or after the date of issuance and expires on the third (3rd) year anniversary of the date of issuance. The initial exercise price of the Initial Warrants is $1.74 per share. If the Company issues or sells shares of Common Stock, rights to purchase shares of its Common Stock, or securities convertible into shares of its Common Stock for a price per share that is less than the exercise price then in effect, the exercise price of the Warrant will be decreased to equal such lesser price. Upon each such adjustment, the number of the shares of the Company’s Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant will increase proportionately. The foregoing adjustments to the exercise price for future stock issues will not apply to certain exempt issuances.
