It appears that some peeps have misread the SEC filing and are looking at the 53 mill shares as dilution. Well, I hope they sell all those shares when NETE hits $1.74!

Perhaps its not bashing, but screaming and yelling about dilution is premature.

This is not new dilution these shares were issued to cover the shares sold to institutions on their 10.5 million financing. They also issued the difference on the rest of the financing of 14 million. That 14 million has not even been completed yet. That will not even have access to that until the stock price hits 1.74 a share.
