anybody else having trouble getting past the pop-up window to register?

I don't have a x-out of this intro to fill in the info….

INTERDIGITAL, INC. will be hosting a Virtual Shareholder Meeting this year. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM EDT and shareholders of record will be able to vote and ask questions online during the meeting. If you would like to attend the virtual meeting and you have your control number, please go to www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/IDCC 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting to log in. If you came through your brokerage firm's website and do not have your control number, you can gain access to the meeting by logging into your brokerage firm's website site 30 minutes prior to the meeting start, selecting the shareholder communications mailbox to link through to the meeting and the control number will automatically populate.

Gun, I keep getting a white dialog box explaining how to get access
but only links to itself and doesnt go away. All the sign in info
is grayed out because the box wont go away. Any idea whats going on?
