Thank you for your response. Your analysis seems reasonable. It would lead me not to invest, but I cannot disagree that there is perhaps some potential and that might lead others to invest. Good luck no matter which direction you lean, at least you have faced the negative potential as well as what the company is saying.

Regarding my trips and subsequent disclosure: Yes, the starting point was Charlotte for the reason you surmised. It has since expanded. I've signed three non-disclosures recently (not all related to spider silk) but, there's only been one disclosure and I will not discuss it. I doubt that I will be able to say much at all once I start the trips. Peeling the onion requires a willingness to face the pain and tears (not every investment idea will become a reality). I'm working with a small group of academy graduates on a plan to increase the cottage industry employment opportunities for damaged or economically stressed veterans and/or their survivors. I'm making the donation to start this charity either this month or next while others are exploring the availability of grant money and the willingness of major corporate sponsors to step up. We've investigated and are continuing to investigate many potential opportunities for productive efforts as a collective. Hence the mulberry and silkworm potential is an ongoing (but frankly waning) investigation; hence the Charlotte visit.

Enough said, except to add that I do not understand how a "frugal" penny stock entrepreneur can be willing to pay such a large amount for a PR and marketing support firm that appears to be useless. The PR work could all have been done for less than $50,000 per year and more could have been accomplished IMHO. Then, I also do not like the misdirection that seems to come out of the dialog with individuals that are attempting to do DD. That shows me that either PR is not following the game plan, or the game plan is not as straightforward and consistent with the SEC filings as it should be.
