That is great against Colonial Bank, but we have already paid our Creditors and there is no outstanding claims for wmi.......there is more value than there was debt....The problem here is the FDIC will hide it or allow JPM to take the cash again.........Do not look for help from suckman and group or Rosenthief............

Btw, Colonial Bank - Does anyone know what happened or happens to common shares ? I´m a postholder and have got some shares in my account.
