Time frame is not only important, its crucial. By the time this bunch gets anything done, if ever, the competition will be so far ahead and the market so saturated, incc will become irrelevant.

WATER-approval-costs-INCC-$50…..now-DRILLING-a-well-thats-real-COMMITTMENT.. ..

the August "grow by" date is a VIRTUAL IMPOSSIBILITY, as licenses to grow take a minimum of 90 days in the State approval process……..NONE have applied……..the list is published by CO

how much are Oct 2014-present day shareholders gonna lose when this dips back down into .0006 territory

and last time I checked, a property owner/lessee can drill for water ANY time it wants to pay a licensed, certified, well drilling company

so the water approval is a PUT OFF because of the way INCC has sold it via the Huerfano County guidelines for business types……..the owner can do what they want, especially if they believe they have a real business that requires water………..plenty of homeowners drill immediately upon closing their land/lot to build, purchase deals

my partners own land in Alamosa and Cuchara……..1st hand knowledge is much better than the stories being spun here……...
