LOL!!! there is NO COMPETITION in this sector, it is VERY NEW and is CONSTANTLY CHANGING....the ones that will be too late will be the guys that waited 5 to 10 years before all the kinks were worked out...
INCC is in this sector NOW, when the sector and the laws are NOT PERFECT...they are riding that wave even though that IS THE REASON why things can be delayed at times....
but once they are through it, they will be ahead of thousands of others that will attempt later....
their license will be worth in the multi-millions alone...let alone the growth profits from the license....
imo, INCC$$ looking great and in a great postiion....
