ROFL, You and I read Jay's message two differ ways. You say this is "NO RS PER JAY PROOF". Jay's email said "There are no announced plans to adjust the stock price." Jay is not saying there will not be a RS. He only said there has not been an announcement of a RS. If they announced one this afternoon his statement was still perfectly truthful. Jay did not say "There will be NO RS" or "We have no plans of a RS". The way he skirted the issue and worded his statement I figure they will be announcing a RS. AVEW has promised us they are making more acquisitions and will remain transparent with what is going on with the business. With no proof of these statements the stock has gone to no bid and no volume. Anyone buying now is taking a huge risk. We have all heard the acquisition stories and audit story long enough. Without any proof of what is going on with AVEW this stock will never move.
