As far as events has anything new been going on in the company? I am aware the audit still in progress however what is the plan
to have the price per share adjust to the companies true value? Is there any plan to buy back a majority of the float in the coming years?

Please remind me of your questions regarding news after our audit is complete. There are no announced plans to adjust the stock price. We have a plan in effect to repurchase shares from several very large shareholders. One shareholder accepted he offer and the others declined. We will revisit this item often in the future and take actions deemed advisable and within our capability at that time.
