I believe, if I'm not mistaken that they have to also file for some kind of permission for change of use of the company? Anyone know more about this?

I was speaking to another CEO about this last week and he told me, you have to get permission. Once again as insiders own 83% of the company's shares voting to apply for the change of use is a formality - as it would have to be over 75% of the shareholders.
