Stoxswag - the AEGY fraud scam is nothing more than that.

They aren't even running any business at all, and DD reveals that AEGY has never (to present day) had even 1 penny in sales/revenue.

The SEC investigation into the securities fraud that got AEGY suspended has now become a widened formal investigation. Could take a year or two to see SEC and/or criminal charges filed here.
