Obviously you continue with the court case. You want to make sure everything is legally binding. I do believe the FDA did go to a fall back position . It is evident they are now on the run .
Full ANCHOR approval was never going to happen with this suit . AMRN will achieve a victory with this case. The only question is how big of a victory .
If somehow AMRN would be able to wrangle language that would get insurance coverage for off label promotions, THAT would be a HUGE victory in my opinion . The fact that the FDA is all ready to cave in on off label promotions shows that things are on the upswing .
The dietary supplement paragraph is an odd touch . Is drug testing mandatory in the FDA ? Because that sure came out of left field. Perhaps they should cut back on those Happy Hours , and spend more time reading medical journals instead .
