I agree but what are the real concerns. I only see one that was to close the old door and open a new one. The 10k should have Been the only concern. Now the company has come out promptly and stated the want to put out new financials and show us the new door they have opened. So there Cannot be that many concerns right now until till the company come out with the news info that might create some concerns. So I am saying the concerns from the 10k were already put to rest. So there is only on current concern. How will they make the change in direction work. Look up what a holding company is and does puts most of the concerns to rest. IDNG all day.
