I will answer that one. Klug had to get the company's past garbage out from the Rotelli era. Now going forward klug has put out two PR'S that state the total opposite. Also stating they want to put out new financials. You must close the door on the past in order to move forward.
They HAVE to put those clauses in. You will see the same or very similar words used in all OTC filings, quite likely under "Forward Looking Statements."
All that any filing does is tell you the company's position at a point in the past.
It doesn't tell you what the plans of the current management are.
