that doesn't make any sense, besides, as I said, who would deal with a company in such bad shape like this? certainly not the government. Its been 5 years since anything has happened and I really doubt they could manufacture any more. Thats if they even have facilities to do it. The phone number for cybl is probably forwarded to a cell phone.
