The SEC wouldn't even look at this company, so its a non factor. What's different this time (words I always regret) is there has been no pump and dump. Minus the announcement of further financing we have seen jack squat. Usually we get some PR and they are going to cure the world of some dreaded disease or illness and we spike before the selling commences.
Right now I wouldn't be surprised to see some back filling in the .15 range, but otherwise it looks like we should consolidate here for awhile. Once news comes then I will be concerned about the pump and dump. The key will be discerning the information to find out, if its real or just more mumbo jumbo.
Having ZTS as a partner gives you hope, but if the announcement is about something in Ebola or with some half baked start up company then it will be same old crap. ZTS is the only announcement that would get me excited at this point everything else would be more noise IMO.
