But that is exactly what AMRN is asking in this lawsuit, to share this info with doctors.

If the FDA can somehow figure out how to allow such and make it so specific only to AMRN and not make it a precedent for others, that is the best they can hope for.

I also truly believe that FDA is in heavy discussions with those who are responsible for the attempted destruction of AMRN, pretty much begging him/them to allow ANCHOR label.
