Yes, it does have a nice sound to it. From the trading on Friday, I'd say no decision has been made to what the letter will contain. Guessing a letter was never sent, instead Amarin and FDA are likely discussing options.
The Amarin fight has exposed multiple layers of corruption and abuse...the one Congress can't ignore is the abuse of Post & Comment rule making and the censorship of comments that are contrary to the FDA agenda. FDA has lost the ability to sanction without FTC joint approval, likely due to the above practice.
The FDA will not get money appropriated without fixing the issues, I don't see how this will happen in a timely fashion.
