thats your opinion but if that was TRUE and UNDERSTOOD then why is stock price not back above $3.50 ... look at the chart PRE and POST CAFC.... If the CAFC was a mistake and people truly thought that then well you would not be trading a penny stock that is been below $1 since Oct 4 2014 ....true or false?
