$MDCN Chart - Bullish reversal confirmation - todays white/green candle & higher trading share price has confirmed the BULLISH HARAMI CROSS reversal pattern that formed yesterday -

very hard to have a 'back up buyer'
that would entail them breaking a 'contract to buy' with MDCN in order to enter a new 'contract to buy' with a new buyer, setting up the sale, the buyer doing whatever inspections they had to etc...
Lots of steps involved. Not impossible but wow extremely unlikely.
I suppose some commercial real estate agents on the board could comment but I've never seen that happen.
