Please, grt, that's if you witness a crime. You have nothing but specious conjecture.

And there are quite severe penalties for filing false criminal reports. You might think about that.

Oh for God's sake. There's an enormous difference between someone witnessing a crime of violence, and a busybody informing the cops that he thinks some CMKXers didn't get the certs they requested.

But you are not a witness of the crime being perpetrated on anyone else. The only thing you are a witness to is Frizzy alleging that unnamed persons were harmed by other unnamed persons or companies. You could file a complaint but not an affidavit.

I am in the business and have not only done it but seen it done often.

In what business? The prosecution business?
