Yes, don't do the dilution.
Sell the company.

Mr Snackman,
You wrote "If orders have been delayed what would you do to keep the doors open while you were waiting for a contract and or money? "
Well there's a lot you can do if REAL orders are delayed, and little you can do if orders are non-existent. So, apparently the orders are non-existent. Now the question is, why are they non-existent? You will have a chance to ask Bill Solms personally at the ASM. Please be kind enough to post his response when you ask him that very question.

Snackman, the sole purpose of a business is to make money, to return income to it's investors. On it's own Wave hasn't been able to do that. It's under capitalized and has been for years. Assuming their products are effective and value priced Wave has been unable to develop a market. I'd be shocked if Solms hasn't quietly shopped Wave. If Wave's products and/or IP have real value there will be a buyer. If not, there won't be. It is becoming clearer every week that VSC isn't gaining traction and it's mostly just Safend products that sell. Ask tough questions at the SHM.

Snackman- just face the fact that Waves products are not good enough and they have sales people that couldn't even sell a snow blower in Boston during the winter time.
