That's not the point we are making.

Having your shares in STREET NAME means only your broker knows how many you hold, a transfer agent has no clue as the shares a broker hold is a LUMP NUMBER that only they know the ownership ratio.

IF THEY DID NOT NEED US TO VOTE WHY DID THEY MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF SHAREHOLDERS VOTING.

Then to NOT supply the brokers agents with the info so no voting can take place is crazy.


We are not saying anything negative about the company, just stating that if they want us to vote then supply the info so we can.

Just like the BOD cannot vote at the shareholder meeting unless ALL shareholders are "allowed" to vote.
