This stock reminds me of Rambus in so many ways.

The lawyers LOVE extending things as it ensures they continue to get paid.

The execs at the companies ...are guetting paid no matter what.

We the shareholders are in a perpetual state of 'waiting to hopefully, possibly, maybe, pretty-please get paid"!

Another extension! This sucks.

IDCC should say to the courts that eight years is long enough to drag out this and other litigation matters. It is time to $hit or get off the pot!

It is enriching the lawyers and their firms while costing shareholders of both companies millions of dollars not only in attorney fees but also earnings and dividends.

I can't see or understand how IDCC would agree to something like this, let alone the courts that are tying up their valuable time in scheduling.

Get everyone in a room, lock the door, and keep them captive until a settlement and agreement is reached. Let them dine on cookies and milk for breakfast, baloney sandwiches for lunch, and macaroni and cheese or spam for dinner!
