first off there has been a few local spots..can see them right on Grasshoppers website and other outlets if one actually looks. Secondly this was a VERY clean public entity(ie shell in essence) and Grasshopper using the TCKF vehicle with a structure like this with no major D is a smart move on their part for a new company in the MJ arena. Third well you obviously haven't a clue how the process works in regards to placing trained, skilled, and security cleared individuals. Ur argument is pointless in that regard as there are many staffing companies that are successful out there and Grasshopper being the first in Colorado is a very smart move and great idea on their part. As for the old ceo, means nothing to me. And Amber was an interim ceo. The new ceo Melanie is a co-founder of Grasshopper staffing and shes a great fit imo. The original ceo means NOTHING to me. Grasshopper Staffing is making moves and trying to build a niche company in a booming industry. I don't give a what that you were approached to invest in the company and if u like it or not. But u obviously don't see the light here which is fine. Yes do their DD please! And see this has a beautiful share structure, company is making moves in CO, and they imo are in a great situation to move forward in the staffing area for the MJ industry.
