What I mean is, that the Casavants, while completely unrestrained in fraudulent PRs, hiring message board touts, giving away millions of shares to race car afficianados and balking at the most basic financial filings would, somehow, adhere to a quasi-legitimate tally of shares issued, is illogical and unlikely.

Perhaps rightly, they consider themselves outside the law...they do as they please.
