4 million in compensation to run a company with no businesses is a whole lot of dilution for a whole lot of nothing. The company needs a merger or acquisition and the clock is ticking. Once that 600 million is wired back to KKR, shareholders will realize what a scam this is becoming. KKR has never been friendly to shareholders, time to buy some puts.
