To your point BBANBOB, these markers may end up being the MOST valuable, at least in the short term.

even @ 25$ a share if WMIH hits that

If one had had 50,000 shares of WMIH which would have about 130K K's
@ 25$ a share times 50,000 that is 1.5 mill$$$$$$
NOW if one had 130K LTI's escrows paid at FACE that is $3,250,000.

Bbanbob, great call and yes, you absolutely called this years ago. If WMIH was going to do mergers anytime soon, they would have been doing smaller one years ago, albeit small enough not to upset the tax attributes but they have NOT!

Actions do tell us things along with time passing and actions that have or have not happened. No doubt, they will do mergers in the future but first, IMHO, WMIH will be purchasing former WaMu assets from WMILT which will in turn give those WMIH shares/Cash to the former owner of WaMu estate which are now the Escrow Share owners.

Now with recent developments such as the filing giving WMILT/WMIH releases from all key players last night, tells me someone purposely was holding up plans for WMIH's business plan announcement. IMHO, they thought WMIH would go ahead with the announcement, but any good business person would NEVER go forward with potential sharks laying back hoping to nail you with a lawsuit had NewCo/WMIH moved forward saying he she/never gave releases.

Also there were three actions that happened requiring 8K filings by WMIH which were never filed and now they are two days late past the four business days allowed for "material developments" which require 8K filings.

These actions tell me WMIH's business plan announcement is imminent and/or they have to file REQUIRED 8K filings which are already two days late. One of the two actions MUST happen any day.


I am sure glad I listened to Mike and Ed and received my Escrow Shares. To your point BBANBOB, these markers may end up being the MOST valuable, at least in the short term.
