I personally would rather see any gap fill. Whether daily or weekly chart, whatever... brings more buyers and more confidence. We don't have that lawsuit settlement yet.
Doesn't have to fill, but people still believe they do so without news it's still "out there."
What does it matter if it fills anyway? Not many shares will be given out, it just looks better. Maybe it will get taken down at lunch so everyone can move on, lol.
I'm hanging out either way. We'll get over the penny soon .
