Sometimes gaps don't fill, especially those where a massive correction in price was due .. With this settlement announcement it was a shock to the market and IMO won't see that GAP filled

Exactly WHY COST isn't 20-50 Times More!

If the Lawsuit was Settled, or finished,

then adding 31 Million to this company or 25 Million

Would mean that instead of there being 100,000 shares out there at .0079

there might be about 3000 shares instead of 100,000 for the same $$ AMOUNT

That's my point getting shares for Less then a Penny.. No Point in Killing Momentum and Hurting the PPS and Run, to try and get a Lucky fill at a lower amount!
